About us
In the picture is our team of career advisors, coaches, leadership trainers and team coaches with whom we’ve been working for years now. Our team, which operates nationally, is vibrant, pretty headstrong, experienced, and sometimes even rebellious.

We read up on our expertise, follow training courses and give lectures. We follow current events and are in close contact with all players on the labour market. We explore cultures with various nationalities and let ourselves be inspired by our role models at home and abroad.

Feel free to get to know us, from left to right we are: Han Zeilstra, Esther van de Wouw, Annemarie Kok, Marian Leenders, Mathilde Klontje, Karin Sarucco, Mirjam Wisselaar, Elske van Eijndhoven, Marianne Linzel, Judith Hament, Amandus Boelens, and Marieke Godschalk

Personally, I still marvel, or marvel ever more, about what ‘happens’ to us between the kitchen table and the meeting table, what do we do at home, but don’t do at work. Or vice versa. In my work, I meddle with people, teams, and organisations, whether I’m asked to or not. I often draw comparisons between the kitchen table and the meeting table. I enjoy providing direction and space, and I deliver results.
Born as the youngest in a family of five from Rotterdam, I was said to be a ‘Sunday child’ and entrepreneurial. At the age of just 13, I started my first business (Carwash Glim Glim). Perhaps a bit sensitive to authority, I navigate discomfort with ease (especially other people’s), and I like to make heavy topics lighter and more open for discussion. I’m good at getting things done and open to feedback (or at least, I think I am). I’m a big fan of the saying: ‘What’s not brought to light. won’t be set right’.
